Our goal is to establish and maintain a relationship with you that's both convenient and efficient. For most returns, there is no need to schedule an office appointment. In fact, most of our returning clients prefer to email, mail or drop off their Personal Tax Organizer. We review the information, call you with questions as necessary, and notify you when your return is ready for your review and filing.

If you're unable to come to our office due to your job, family commitments or other conditions, you have a number of alternatives:

• Send your tax information to us remotely, using email or regular mail
• Drop off your tax information, using our free Personal Tax Organizer
• Exchange forms and necessary signatures electronically, so there is no need to come to the office
• Call us if you have questions

If you are concerned that your return might present complications, such as the sale of real estate, a divorce or an estate settlement, please call for a personal appointment. Married clients need to have one spouse present for the interview.

During the tax season (from late January through April 15) we offer tax preparation services seven days a week, at convenient hours throughout the day and evening.
